After the release of his fifth studio album, Nothing But The Beat, David Guetta announced that there was to be a remix package of Turn Me On Feat. Nicki Minaj to be released. When it was revealed that one of the remixers was to be Michael Calfan, the whole EDM industry got excited. Calfan who has just recently released a track on Axtone Records, Ressurection, an anthem which has recieved a re-cut from the label owner himself. That track features a positive, melodic vibe with a consecutive booming kick and an infectious bassline. His newest track, the remix on Turn Me On, is darker, has a deeper synth progression with an impeccable deep bass. However, the highly skilled producer from France has integrated Nicki Minaj's fierce autotuned voice perfectly into his remix, making it a promising progressive house banger. It has been supported across the board from Axwell, Bob Sinclar and Nicky Romero just to name a few.
